Greetings Campers and Parents! 

It is with much joy and eagerness that I we welcome you to East Greenbush’s Best Summer Camp 2023. We have been hard at work preparing the details of camp so as to make it a safe and successful experience for your children, our staff and our entire community.

2024 Summer Camp Dates and Hours

Summer Camp will be held from Monday July 8th to Friday August 9th 2024
Regular camp hours are 9:00am- 4:00pm

Early Dropoff Starts at 8:00 am
Late pickup goes until 5:30pm

Early Drop Off / Early Pickup – $5 per day. Please let us know what days you need early dropoff.

(All students must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM each day – $1 a minute will be charged for the coach’s time after 5:30 pm)

Fever or Sick Days

For the safety of all campers and coaches, if any camper has a fever or is not feeling well, please take the day off. Be sure to contact us so that we have an accurate camper count and update.

We will contact the parents if the camper is not feeling well so that they can be picked up from camp.

Camper Drop-off and Pick-Up Procedures*

All campers must be signed in and out by a parent or designated guardian. Please escort them into the camp.
It is important to allow for additional time in your day’s schedule to accommodate this process.
Please provide us with the name of the person/people authorized to pick up your child.

Parents MUST remain present until each camper has been properly admitted for attendance.

Campers will be picked up between 4:00pm and 5:30pm, unless previously approved by the Camp Director.

For the safety of the children, the campers can only be signed out by a designated person (we will check government issued IDS) and there will no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

What to Bring to Camp and Food Requirements*

• All items brought to camp be labeled with the camper’s first name and last name.

• Water bottles and lunch boxes will need to be taken home daily and washed before being brought back to school the following day.

• We will have two snack breaks and lunch break to allow a designated time to eat and stay healthy 

• All meals must be prepared and ready to eat. NO refrigeration or microwave heating will be available for campers.

• Snacks will be available for purchase in the SNACK SHACK for $1. Please send cash for snacks.

• All students will be required to bring their own ready-to-eat lunches.

• Please do not bring  any NUT Products

• Campers will have access to their lunches and snacks only during the designated times.

• We will not allow campers to share food.

• All unfinished food from lunch will be discarded.

• We will offer a snack card/drink punch card where parents can purchase credits for their children to get snacks throughout the day if their children become hungry.

Field Trips and Outings

Our camp is planning many activities and experiences as part of this year’s camp curriculum. Every camper will get a summer camp t-shirt with the option to buy a second shirt if desired.

Camp shirts are mandatory for field trips so we can quickly identify our campers.

Weekly Bowling and/or FunPlex Go-Kart outings will be part of the summer camp.

There will be a $10 charge for each field trip.

All campers must participate in the field trips with the option to remain home on trip days.

Students will be organized into groups by age.

Campers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, t-shirts and shorts are best.

For safety, sneakers or athletic shoes are required

NO flip-flops, slides, or Croc please.

To be completed on the first day of camp.

Camp Rules

The Camp Director is in charge of all activities during the Camp and has full authority to act in the best interest of the campers, students, instructors and owners.
