Three easy steps are required to cancel your membership.

1. Please text us at (518) 375-1444 to let us know you wish to cancel your membership.
2. Fill out the cancellation form at kickhigh.info/cancel
3. Pay the required cancellation fee to the billing company (equal to one month's tuition).

Once all three steps are completed, the billing company will cancel your remaining payments and the office staff will confirm your cancellation. 

  • Please les the school know f you have any activities or travel plans that will disrupt your training.
  • Any break longer than (2) months will make it very difficult to return back to class.
  • The school can request to have the billing company place your membership on hold for up to (2) months with no tuition charges.

 

  1. The school will send out an email and text message reminder (30) days prior to your membership's expiration date.
    Please let us know if you are not planning on renewing.
  2. You will receive a final renewal reminder email and text alert (16) days prior to your expiration date.
  3. Your membership will be renewed (15) prior to your expiration date for the next year at the same program option and tuition rate as the previous year.
  1. The school has only had one tuition increase in the past (6) years.
  2. We will do our best to keep the tuition rates at the same rate, year to year.
  3. If a tuition increase is required to keep up with the operating expenses, the school will announce the pending increase several months in advance.

    Any new rates will not take effect until the current membership is expired.
